GAINESVILLE, FL – A motorcyclist died Monday afternoon after their bike collided with a vehicle along a busy roadway in Gainesville, reports WCJB 20.
The incident happened around 11:45 a.m. on North Main Street near 31st Avenue, which is just north of Gatorland Toyota.
It’s still unclear how the crash occurred, but authorities say the motorcyclist crashed into the passenger side of a vehicle.
The biker died at the scene, while the occupants of the car sustained minor injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
