FOUR CORNERS, FL – A 19-year-old motorcyclist died Friday evening after his bike collided with a vehicle on a busy roadway in northwest Osceola County, reports Orlando-News.Com.
The incident happened around 6:43 p.m. near the intersection of North Old Lake Wilson Road and Teascone Boulevard, which is just east of Reedy Lake.
The investigation thus far indicates that a Suzuki GSX Motorcycle collided with a a 2017 Cadillac XT5 when the latter vehicle attempted to make a u-turn from the southbound to the northbound lanes of North Old Lake Wilson Road and entered the motorcycle’s path.
The force of the collision threw the motorcyclist from his bike, and he died at the scene of the collision.
The driver of the SUV and his three passengers did not sustain injuries in the accident.
A full investigation is underway.
